i have a weak internet connection and it seems like it takes forever for me to kill someone with a gun, while other people seem to kill me with just a few shots. im level 15

Not only is your weak internet connection affecting you - it's slowing down the rest of the people in the online game you're playing.

Yes it does. sometimes when i have really bad internet connection, i aim and fire at them and then they kill me, when i watch the kill cam, they are about half the screen ahead of where i was aiming.
