Because my Iphone pooped itself and I can't afford a new one I'm considering getting a Nokia N97 OR N97 mini. But can it have the instagram, facebook and snapchat app?

I don't think so. Instagram, no. Facebook, I guess. Don't know about Snapchat.

Hi Chloe,
I do not recommend you purchase a Nokia N97. In any case, it does not have Instagram or SnapChat applications.
