One of my friends has a best friend on snapchat that i wanted to add so i searched the name and pressed the add button but it said thet that person was "not found" yet im sure the username was correct and the person exists. So does this mean tge person blocked me or deleted me? Or is it just a bug?

The person most likely blocked you. He/she could not delete you until you are friends. Could be a bug. You're a bug.
