Is Instagram deleting accounts ? - 558 - 05-31-2014 12:17 PM

Its saying " sorry , we cannot show News at this time " and post all over are saying there Deleting accounts unless you repost savemyig2014 or some other account like that ... Is this true or ???

yes their budget cuts are leading to deleting random peoples (instagram) accounts

I dont think thats true, its a free service (since FB bought it) and because its free they cant touch something thats yours, just like FB cannot charge you for using it or delete your account (unless you violated their terms of use) the same applies to Instagram, dont belive this stuff about deleting accounts, its happened in the past with Instagram, but for other services like Yahoo, and Hotmail.

No, they're not deleting any accounts. It's a scam to get more followers.

Just like Caitlin said, yes, it is a scam to get more followers. They generally use a hashtag like #savemyig or #idontwannabedeleted . It also has an account you have to follow to not be deleted, but this account will mostly turn out to change its name and account, so when it starts, it will have like 250k followers. People are greedy, and much like Nl CoMMeNT - 3L they cannot delete accounts, a website can not run out of memory or space, there is TOO much space! Think of facebook! It is personal account, they cannot delete it, I'm sure they have it in the privacy policy or terms of use!
