I would like to advertise my Business on Myspace and Facebook. How do I go about doing that, and does it cost much??

Hi!
It does not cost anything. You need to create an account with those site and then you can advertise on your page or in the classifieds of the web site .....it is pretty easy I do it all the time.

there just like google and yahoo, you pay cost per click I don't really like advertising that way because that can get very costly I would try to work on getting backlinks to your website like free classifieds sites like porkypost.com
