i created a site in weebly(site builder) . how can i increase search engine optimization of my site?
is the sitemap creation and submit to google is necessary to increase SEO? if necessary then how to create sitemap of my site and how to submit to google ?

There is a ton of free info all over the web. Check out Yaro Starak, he wrote a huge free report on how to build and monetize a blog. Also, I have heard good things about the Backlinks Kingdom. You don't have to worry about a site map unless your site is massive. Focus on doing some basic SEO.
