Okay I've finally broke down and decided to sync my google plus account with my youtube account to make a comment, but it's not letting me. Every time I click the comment box, the google plus pop up comes up, but it disappears before I can do anything. I've clicked the little notifications icon and it says to sign in with Google plus to comment, but when I click sign in, nothing happens. I've tried allowing certain pop ups to come up but that doesn't work either. If it helps, I have google chrome. Thanks.

Try to use another browser like Firefox. See if that helps.
