I link the inner pages from home page for instance home>inner page>inner page1>inner page2>inner page3 now have i any chances to pass the PR to inner page3 from home page. But one seo specialist told me google pass the PR only two inner pages from home page is it true?

You only have a certain amount of PR juice to pass to other pages so you don't want to link too many pages to it. Generally, you just want to pass juice to your "money" pages.
