Is copying a person's facebook posts illegal or can it be harassment? - shodbuster - 06-01-2014 02:38 AM

I found out someone has been copying all my posts on Facebook trying to catch me doing who knows what. Their favorite things to copy are the things I buy and sell on the garage sale sites and personal posts. Is this I know it's not harassment as they are not saying things about me yet but what about stalking? It kinda makes me nervous.

Yeah it is. You can't impersonate facebook/twitter/instagram/ect. I think it would be considered harassment. You should contact facebook, and report and block the user. Smile hoped I helped ~Cookie~

no its not. Anything you post online is open to the public to do with what they wish. As for stalking... no its not that either, the best approach for this is a direct approach, you may ask them directly to stop you you can block them on your facebook from seeing your posts.
