If your confidence is lacking then you won't have any luck picking up hooters girls. Aim lower for girls who are a bit more in your league, at least until you become more confident in your game. And don't get it twisted, waitresses and strippers are paid to act friendly and hospitable towards you. They're not actually trying to get with you, they're just doing they're job and making money.
