I saw this on twitter and it claims to burn 1000 calories. I don't believe that it does though.. How many calories will it actually burn?

Only the jumping jacks really burn any number of calories. And no, you will not burn 1000 calories from doing that workout. It depends on your current weight and how intensely you do the jumping jacks. If you do jumping jacks for 10 minutes at a moderate pace you would burn about 50 calories if you weigh about 150 pounds.
