Is there no privacy on facebook anymore? I couldn't believe this..? - darkprincess - 06-01-2014 06:40 AM

I was commenting on a friends photo, and deleted the comment off of my profile (not the picture). then I saw my husband go on his facebook and he saw the whole photo with the comment in his "home" and he isn't even friends with this person? Ok it was nothing sneaky as I was just testing.
I thing this thing, but what the hell, I don't want all of my friends to see everything I do...especially when I specifically delete the comment off of my profile.

I have been using facebook for ages and never noticed this untill the new profile came. This sucks, how do I change these settings??

You can only control what others see on your own profile.

Anything you do on someone else's is covered by their own settings, unless you block someone.

The trick is now not to post anything you wouldn't want everyone to see. Its the nature of Facebook - for the developers, its about people sharing as much as possible, whereas for you it may not be!

You mean your wall? You can go to Privacy Settings, Customize Settings and go down to Things I Share. Make it where Only Me can see your status updates.
