Can not stream videos on firefox? - marcus - 06-01-2014 08:39 AM

i try to watch any video on Firefox and i get a green screen then a message pops up saying

"unresponsive plugin. Shock wave flash must be busy, or it may have stopped. You can stop the plugin now, or you can continue to see if the plugin will complete."

then i click stop plugin or continue and the green screen disappears and a grey screen appears saying adobe flash player has crashed.
Can anyone help me resolve this issue?

The first thing you should do is update your windows and firefox. Your problems will be fixed automatically if they don't fix then you should reinstall the firefox and its plugins like adobe flash player and shockwave player. If the problem remains unchanged then you must uninstall firefox and install fresh and updated version of Google Chrome. Google chrome will automatically update its plugins and you will not have to mess with the stuff.

Peace!!

Update your flash player

Your Adobe flash player seems out of date. Update the flash player manually:

get.adobe.com/flashplayer/‎

Also update your browser.
