Like I know that those cute guys from Vine go there but what exactly is it? Like a meet and greet or? Do they have an official website?

Magcon stands for meet and greet convention. You can check out magcontour.com for details about their tour, and from there you can start clicking on "Collections" to check out their merch and all that.
