I registered in fb with my msn email address.Now that msn is not going to work anymore will my account be deactivated?

your msn email will be use to notify you about anything from fb
you have an option to change your msn email in your fb if it no longer works

Temporaly it is fine. In long run if you stuck with fb login or if you forgot fb password then you need your msn to recover fb.
