not a fb page
a page where it has a title and such and you like it bc you agree or.... you know..... like it...

You have to log out, and near the bottom of the page you are directed to, it will say,"Create a Page for a celebrity, band or business." Click that and it will have two options, to create a Fb account or if you already have a Fb account, you put in your facebook info
