Terms used include Sandwich Board for signs in front and behind, and Sign Spinner for active sign holders. (you can find youtube videos of some performances) Often those sign holder jobs are just to defeat local advertising placement regulations, really you can't find more challenging work than replacing a 4x4 wooden post. Take care there lots of scams selling useless $30 information for getting Auto-Wrap advertisements, which unfortunately are pretty rare opportunities.
