I live in South Africa and we don't have Netflix Here =( I would really like to change the Timezone to some Timezone in America or Europe if they have. My Timezone is Johannesburg (+2) or Harare (+2)

Changing the time zone will not effect the internet at all... it will also have no effect on getting Netflix.... which oddly enough the reason why you can't get netflix is because of your internet lol... which is a little more complicated to explain and all that jazz...
