I need to know if you can change a profile picture on Facebook.

Yes, you can change it at any time.
If you post one photo of yourself as your profile picture, it won't stay like that forever!
If you hover the cursor over your current profile picture, a box will appear saying "Change Profile Picture"

1.Go to your facebook Profile.
2.put your mouse over your profile picture.
3.click the white button that says"Edit profile picture .
4click Upload Photo!

Yes, I can and you can change yours at any time, too. Just do the following:
1.Go to your Facebook Profile.
2.Click on your profile picture.
3.Click "Edit Profile Picture" button .
4.Click Upload Photo and you are done.
