i make trap beats. a lot of people at my school feel my style and have actually asked for some. Now, obviously, because i see em everyday i can tell them how much im asking and they can give me the money in person. however, on twitter, some rapper dm'd me for my email so i could send him stuff. idk how to go about it tho, because most rappers say, dont send snippets or tagged versions". ik how to copyright my stuff, but i need to make sure i actually get the money online so i can cash it in, ya feel me? ik you cant trust nayone in the music industry, they all can fuck you over, so i just wanna know how to make SURE that the dude pays me and that i get promotional credit.
P.S. im just starting out, so i rly dont have time to negotiate a contract or anything like that. just need help with negotiation skills. Any help will be greatly appreciated!
