while shopping online, there are some queries that you come upon when buying something. or you might need some more information about the product but there isn't any available. so to answer your questions about whatever that is you need to know, do u want a live chat app on that website through which u can talk to someone about your queries?

Whenever I am search for shopping online first I search best shopping website
For Example-
I want to purchase headphone in India then I want search on Google with some queries like
"best online shopping in India"
"shopping website in India"
"offer on online shopping"

Such support systems exist, some use a hybrid of pre-written computerized answers fort common questions and live help for more challenging questions. I have avoided any live online help.
