Netflix Error HELP PLEASE!!!? - Avery - 06-02-2014 02:55 PM

For the past two years, I have been able to watch Netflix on my laptop with no problem. But just recently, every time, I try to watch something instantly, I get the same message telling me that there was an internet/network connection error and that I need to check my network connectivity, however I have an Internet connection.
I've been searching online for a solution to the problem. I keep finding the same solutions and have tried them all several times (I've restarted my browser, restarted my computer, reinstalled Silverlight MULTIPLE times, used the Fix it tool MULTIPLE times, I cleared cookies MULTIPLE times, I've even called Netflix support number and they were no help WHATSOEVER) I don't know what else to do. Is there anything else I could try. PLEASE HELP!!!!

Try hitting your windows button in left hand corner. Click computer, when you see your hard drive come up which in windows 7 it's C drive right click it.Scroll down to properties and click it. Now you'll see a box pop up. Click on tools. The very first one is error checking, click check now. Your computer will restart and check for errors. This will take a while if you have a lot of files on your computer so be patient because once started you will have to wait for about an hour. You my have error on your hard drive and once fixed hopefully it will fix the problem. Good luck.
