#Hashtags.. Make sure your IG is not set to private.
You can only put 30 hashtags per photo. There's apps on google play that let you copy and paste the most popular hashtags

I would say, post things that interest people. Make your account stand out from the millions of others. Some Tips might be:
-Have a theme, like food, singers, or your favorite tv show
-post things that are funny, and will make other people laugh.
-add filters, or edit your photos, to make them more appealing
-use hashtags
Some things to avoid, would be
-too many selfies
-bugging people for shootouts
-overused meme's
BE ORIGINAL. THERE ARE MILLIONS OF ACCOUNTS, SO MAKE PEOPLE WANT TO FOLLOW YOURS
