I lost contact with a person is there anyway to find where they live e.g city hall, online etc? or even where a person works?

Have you tried to writhe his/her name on Google and see if you can find him/her in Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter or the Yellow Pages?

I have successfully used the PHONE BOOK. (Works, if they have a land line phone, at least).
You can do that online.
