I was wondering if there is any way to send a direct message to someon on Twitter if you're following them but they arn't following you? i think i've done this before but i dont know how now.

No you're not allowed. In order to DM both people have to be following one another in order for it to work.

You need to follow them on Twitters.
Why don't you just email them from your mail page
