i have the windows phone lumia 900 and in the marketplace it doesnt have instagram i searched on the internet and they said it does. I dont get it can anyone hellllppppp

Yes windows phones can get instagram. I would try updating your phone then trying again.

Lumia 900 is running Windows Phone 7, so there's no official app for instagram. You need to download 3rd party app to run instagram. Official Instagram and 6tag only works on Windows Phone 8
