I'm following someone on private but they aren't following back. Can they see my my profile yes or no.

Is your profile on private ? If it is , then they will not be able to view your profile pictures until you confirm them.
If your profile is not on private , then anyone can see your profile, including people on private.

It depends if your profile is private, if it is then they won't be able to view your profile until you confirm them.
If your profile is not set to private, then anyone can see it.
