after generating site map for my blog using http://www.xml-sitemaps.com/ online that i downloaded xml sitemap .now where should i have to upload it to my blog i am sing blooger. and how to upload that file to google webmaster tool .please suggest me

If you're using Blogger you don't need to create or upload a sitemap, Blogger does this for you. Login to the Google account you use for Blogger, then go to Google Webmasters Tools.
