videos on youtube work. i also can't watch south park episodes on southparkstudios. I recently deleted some stuff off my computer but I'm guessing I deleted to much or files I shouldn't have. ive restarted my computer more than once and that didn't solve the problem.

You may be missing Microsoft Silverlight. See link below for details on Netflix requirements.
