On Facebook cause I viewed this one person like 20 times in the past 4 months haha yea I know weird : p is their any way they can figure out even if your not their friend on fab anymore?

there is no way they can know how many times you looked at their profile, doesnt matter if they are your friend or not

No. There is no way that you can find out who's viewed your page. I'm guessing because there is this one thing going around Facebook saying to click on the link to find out who's been looking at your page, it's a scam. Facebook itself says that they are not affiliated with that link whatsoever.
