1. What non-governmental organization is responsible for most of the technical decisions related to internet management?
2. Why is this organization so controversial?
3. Describe one or two of the more recent controversial decisions this group has made.
4. Why do you think very few people know who controls the internet?
I found that IETF is an NGO but what about Cisco?
Can someone PLEASE help me answer these questions?

I didn't find any controversies with IETF so I gave up on that but Cisco is also hard. Are there other ones? Please help me.
