I dont want to have to pay to publish my website at all, apart from buying the domain name. It would have to be published to the public, so what website should I use for my own- FREE? (PS. A BRITISH ONE, I LIVE IN ENGLAND) THANKS

There are lots of hosts out there for free but you have to accept you will have a multitude of adverts on 'your' site. You have your domain - if you are building a serious website you really want paid hosting too.
