I live in Canada, and it's from the states and in May I got scammed for a puppy online from a shelter in the states so I'm really paranoid. Does this seem legit? Yes? No?
Also, once I hit "buy now" will it automatically send the money over? Yikes, someone fill me in.

It does seem legit, the seller has a good rating. I have read the sellers negatives and personally I would not be worried about this seller at all.
I sell on ebay and I understand your concerns, but I wouldn't be concerned with this seller.
Once you press on "buy now" you will be issued an invoice. Note that the free shipping he has on there is for the US ONLY.

It's real enough on this site and the shipping adds $ 9.95
On receipt your have to pay on the total value, including the freight
45 + 9.95 = 54.95
Duty, about 2 % $ 1.00
GST and or HST/PST about 13 % = $ 7.15
Post office handling fee $ 10.00
Total, about $ 73.00
This model number has been discontinued for at least two years. When it was in their catalogue it sold for about $ 300.
But, since it is most likely a Chinese made replica of a Coach bag, it may be confiscated at the border.
Why not buy it in Canada, you can find the same replica bag in many stores (and even on http://www.eBay.ca.
