because im tired of going over the tweet limit and abunch of my followers and people im folloing have unlimited tweets

No, you can't get unlimitied tweets on twitter.
Limits alleviate some of the strain on the behind-the-scenes part of Twitter and reduce downtime and error pages.
The current technical limits for accounts are:
Direct messages: 250 per day.
Tweets: 1,000 per day.
Changes to account email: Four per hour.
Following (daily): The technical follow limit is 1,000 per day.
Following (account-based): Once an account is following 2,000 other users
