My Facebook got hacked can you help? - 896 - 06-04-2014 11:53 PM

How do they do this? it has been done from out side, I have a stalker who happens to be a computer geek anyway, and he knows nothing of me his just a psycho, I'm guessing it is him, as I'm so careful on the internet, and really I'm a boring loner, I have to now get a new fb, but I'm just curious to know how they break the pass code or whatever they do to hack?

Can someone enlighten me please?

Always be careful of who you approve to be a friend that you don't know. Like if I get a request where there is no mutual I won't approve it. That is how I got hacked.

"Always be careful of who you approve to be a friend that you don't know. Like if I get a request where there is no mutual I won't approve it. That is how I got hacked." How again would this get you hacked? WRONG

Mostly hackers use their BRAIN. They'll send you friend requests and they'll know your personal things by chatting with you. Like: where were you born or what is your pet's name or where were your mother's born. By knowing that they can easily change your email on Facebook by answering the questions you tell them. They make a new email account and change your email on Facebook easily. You'll have only your Email account left with you.
They won't know your password.

you can contact facebook or yoou can try reset your password

Don't worry dear,
firstly change your password after that go into your privacy setting and manage it as you like.
After that set your mobile number security in mobile option.
And if you are not sure about security then just click on help and write your problem to Facebook.
Hope this will help you. Good Luck. . . .

If Facebook is hacked, you can send a request query to Facebook admin asking for assistance and they would help you best.

Keyloggers, philshing, RAT's, trojans, public wifi scanners can used for the client side. In other words, you probably logged in from a infected computer or phone somewhere, used public wifi without ssl or got fooled into logging into a fake site that looked like facebook. Also remember to clear the history and cookies in a public computer and use two step verification to prevent such hacks.
