I am scared of ghists and demons... I know they are in my house.... I am mostly just scared in the shower

If you are serious buy virgin olive oil and bless it (pray over it). Then take the oil and draw small crosses above each doorway in your home, especially those leading to exits. Walk through your home and pray; run your hand on each doorway by rubbing the top and side posts.
BUT you said you only feel uneasy in the shower, this is normal, most people feel that way. You're naked which means you're extremely vulnerable.

And you have a question? Why don't I do like everyone else on social media, I will infer meaning where there is none. AYou must be asking about how you can stop. They aren't real, people are the only monsters.
