Is facebook really censoring some pages posts? - 672 - 06-05-2014 09:17 AM

I've just been seeing a few of these posts from pages I liked where it says something like:

"THIS IS A TEST Facebook has been limiting our posts so that no more than 7% of our subscribers see them. If you see this post, please comment with a "Yes" and like it. Thank you for your help."

Some of the pages also claim that Facebook is censoring them (one in particular that is a religious page) but I don't see how that works since I can still see their posts. I have my doubts as to whether or not this is true and they are just naive and believe everything they see on the internet or if they were just misinformed. Either way is facebook really "Censoring" or Limiting how many fans can see posts from these pages? I also kind of feel like people are putting this down on their page to get more attention than they have been getting lately.

No. It's a gimmick to get people to look stupid and for the page owner to make money by selling the page once it gets a lot of interactions. Everything you read on the internet is not true. If you have doubts search for it on snopes.com

No, it's not true, it's fake.
