Did you ever see Reagan take selfies and upload it to Instagram? Did you ever see Eisenhower do this? What about Herbert Hoover?
No, you didn't -- because these were real men who saw the importance of the office they held. They didn't "tweet" like these two do either.
Obama is essentially behaving during his Presidency in the same way a high school girl behaves with her iPhone at the mall.
