So, on the new facebook profile you can custom the photos you have on the top. How do i custom these? i've seen other people do it on their profiles so what about mine?

Run your cursor over it and cross them out until you're happy with what you have.

Me and my friends use http://www.GLBanners.com for Facebook banners.
They have a lot of different banners and you can also "automatically install" them through their website, which saves you the work of cutting up images and tagging them.
