First off we've been dating for 5 years.. We've had trust issues in the past so he agreed to not follow girls and I won't follow guys so there's no complications unless we know them personally or they're family/friends. He follows random girls to gain followers and when I confronted him he said "my followers, my social network, don't worry about me, worry about yourself and if you don't drop it then I'm blocking your number". It's so immature, all I'm asking for is communication and he's tuning me out.. Help?
I plan on spending the rest of my life with this guy.

That is extremely immature and controlling on both your parts.
And what he said is REALLY immature.
I think neither of you are ready for a serious relationship, to be truthfully honest.

What's immature is gaining followers for absolutely no reason. Listen to me, this man is an immature, selfish CONTROL FREAK. Even if he was more compromising in the past, now he is not. This is who he is. You're at a new level of this relationship and it is not a good level. This isn't even about Facebook - it is about his coldstoning your complaints and dismissing them in a way that turns the situation around on you, does not address his issues, and threatens the relationship. I know you said you spent 5 years with this person, but you would do very well to take him up on his blocking offer for good - let's see how he responds to that
