even if They are banned in membership in listia.com, if the name is the person's listia membernick, he or she can still have the item
sellers must have to send the item to them from listia if that banned person won
they can not use the reason that people are banned not able to get feedback not to send item to people.
Under what circumstance can a seller "no need to send stuff"
1. seller's items really has nobody bid on them - even if 1 credit they must have to send items , can't use "credit too few" not to send.
2. when seller is banned in listia, not the winner is banned.
if winner gave them shipping method, even if the winner got suspended from listia, sellers must still have to send item .
I repeat, only if the listia selling person is banned in listia, they can unsend item. if buyers win, buyers are banned, sellers still have to send items to the buyers who won that auction, can't use the reason that buyer is banned not to send items.

Suspended LISTIA BUYER/WINNER /WINNING BUYER CAN
sellers can't say that people are banned not to send item. banned people can find friends who use listia to ask seller if they send or not, banned people won before they got banned. so sellers can not use that as excuse not to send items to ppl

because a lot of listia ppl said banned people they not send, that we asked listia people that "banned buyers who win in auction should also have the chance to get the item too. because item is won before they got suspended."
Banned is after they get your item, so sellers can NOT use this as a reason not to send, buyers can find freinds in listia report to listia about the undelivery

they should be able to get, because they win auction, before they got suspended. sellers should still send the items. relist is evil.

actually the winning chance would not be destroyed because the member was suspended AFTER the winning of auctions. but just because......the sellers are not being banned by listia staff of course they speak that banned can't get their items, but when the sellers are also being banned they would even open great petition with us, and agree our viewpoints.
when they are also suspended in listia, let's see if they dare to say that banned people are ineligible.
