Okay, my routers wifi signal doesn't reach to my room and I want to make Miis. So could I bring my wii to a tv where the wifi reaches, download the channel, then play my wii back in my room (without internet connection) and use the Mii channel? Hope this makes sense

yeah you can make a mii with out internet connection
