I was on someone's page and clicked on a picture and it froze. I came back to it later and it was still frozen not having access to any buttons. How can I fix it?

Go on playstore or itunes on your mobile and reinstall the application. If on browser, clear all data/cache of browser in app management settings. You can also wait for an update for the app.
