How do I make my bio like this:

Bla blah blah put some quote here
"
When I try that instagram just takes away the space :/ but I see other accounts doing this and they're not telling me how...
And I'm not looking for a return button. I already know how to do that. What I want to do is return twice so the words are in the middle and there are spaces above and below it so like I want what is in quotation marks

If your talking about like this:
My names Bob
I like ice cream
^ Like that, all you have to do is go to the notes app on your iphone/android and type your bio. So on your notes type your bio with the return spaces you want. then copy it and paste it onto your instagram bio.
