why are you want to delete your facebook account
can enjoy you time with the facebook
but i think decide the delete your account
so first you download your personal and important data
then follows these steps
1.Click the account menu at the top right of any Facebook page
2.Select Settings
3.Click Security in the left column
4.Click Deactivate your account

If You have Access to Your Account you should follow the Method Shown in the following Link

If you Did not remember you Password and cant reset your password then Login to Facebook from you other Account
Report your old Account
The facebook team will takes 1 month or more time to review your Report..........

you can only deactivate it, i don't think facebook has an option to delete accounts.
