I'm starting to sell infinity bracelets on eBay- they're cotton thread bracelets with a Tibetan Silver coloured infinity charm. They have adjustable knots and come in 23 different colours.
But I cant think of what my title should be. I don't want it full of words like 'beautiful' , 'amazing' ect.
I was thinking something like..
'Handmade Infinity Friendship Wish Bracelets - Over 20 Varieties!'
Any better suggestions??

People do not search for "beautiful" and "amazing." The title should be jammed full of keywords people might use to search for your item.
You have a good start. I'd suggest something like "Handmade Infinity Friendship Wish Bracelets Tibetan Silver Tone Charm 23 Colors". That way people who are searching for "charm bracelet" or "silver bracelet" will see your item.

Yeap , like Gino said you have to think of keywords that people would search for this kind of item...as many you have the better chances you have for people to see it.
But you should be aware that if your get good feedback as a seller eBay will rank you higher in product search results. So, keep this in mind also.
