No. All of those posts you may see on Facebook for that are spam and/or viruses. Don't fall for them.

No, unfortunately, that is not true. There are scam programs out there that lie to you saying it is possible, but dont click on the scams. As laid out in the Facebook terms and agreements they aren't allowed to show you who viewed your Facebook page. Sorry.

No Its Not True Not Possible to Find Out Who Views your Profile you may See Apps That Claim that they Can Or Other People May Tell your Tricks The Apps Are Fake and Dont Work and All the Other Tricks that they may Tell you are False It Even Says it in the Help Center that There is No Way to Track Who Views your Profile

you can adjust your settings according to who you want to see your profile.
