I know nothing of this site...
It's weird as hell and I find it ridiculously bad.
So yesterday I tried to order something on play.com because it ships for free to Belgium. turns out my credit card wasn't valid or something and they took €1,24... later €1,23 from my e-wallet. (I use neteller)
I think this isn't fair... does anyone know why they took my money? And why twice?

Complain to them and ask for your money back, if they don't return the money or tries to change the subject or something, then its a scam and you should get the police involved
