Yes. Look up "port forwarding" to see how to configure your router so that any attempt to access the server at your (shared) IP address from the outside goes to your server computer.

192.168.1.105, port 80. something like that. If you are using Windows, be sure to set your firewall on server computer to allow incoming connections to port 80.

You should also test internally by using the web-access computer to try to browse web server
Put this in web browser, for example:

http://192.168.1.105:80
