Well , I want to make a Instagram . My friends are always bragging about it . Im getting a new phone with internet . But I was to make one so I can start getting followers so I wont have like 5 . Does anyone know how to make one on a Laptop ?

I don't think there's a way actually, even though Instagram recently made their app into a website (maybe you should try there) But as far as I know you can only make an account directly from your iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch or just any Smart phone I guess. Have a friend make the account for you maybe? You can always change the password!
